Welcome Realtors!  Thank you for attending Oldfield’s Realtor Day! We want you to become a part of the Oldfield family.  To that end, each time you sell a new home by The Providence Group in Lakeside Village or by Breckenridge Builders in Lake Arrowhead you will receive A FULL 3.5% COMMISSION.  For developer lot sales you will receive a full 5%. In addition to your full commission, you’ll receive A FREE 6 MONTH SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP at Oldfield.  This membership gives you full access and privileges to each amenity and function Oldfield offers with the exception of the golf course. Further, you’ll also receive $1,000 IN OLDFIELD CLUB DOLLARS in your account day one! Each subsequent sale of the aforementioned product or property will accrue additional 6 month extensions on your membership and $1,000 contributions to your account!
