Off to a great start!
Who says breakfast has to be yogurt, eggs or a bagel? I got my protein as well as a healthy dose of bone building calcium this morning from my cottage cheese. The Spinach gave me Vitamins K, A, C, B2, B6, E and magnesium, iron, calcium and zinc. The tomatoes gave me Vitamin C and my potassium, antioxidants and fiber and the avocado supplied a high amount of mono-unsaturated fat, the good fat!
Look out world; Here I come.
