Everyone had a great time at the Mira Wine Dinner on the River Club porch, which by the way was sold out. It was an enjoyable cool spring night outside with a delicious 5 course dinner from Chef Jason that was paired perfectly with exquisite wines from Mira Winery. The scallop baked in its own shell might have been the favorite course of the night and the Stag’s Leap District Cabernet Sauvignon was the crowd favorite red wine with the Napa Chardonnay as the favorite white wine. You could say the wine dinners are getting better and better.
