In August, Ryan and the Oldfield dining team presented an intimate dinner for 24 Members of the Oldfield Wine Insiders. The event sold out in less than 3 hours. The theme was wines under $20, 3 wine selections were brand new to the South Carolina market. Chef Cory and team’s culinary offerings included Asian Crab Cake, Swordfish, Seared Duck with Chipotle BBQ Glaze, and House Smoked Strip Loin. Nicolette, Director of Events, and the Dining Service team of Colin, Jamaul and Tim provided impeccable service of the evening’s selections.
