It was a beautiful night with more than 30 people enjoying a great 6 course meal. We enjoyed some fabulous Tuscan wines with a twist on a traditional menu from Chef Jason. Erika Taylor from Kobrand Importers presented the wines for us. All who attended were also accompanied by a wonderful clear night and a view of the moon.

Chef Jason’s menu included wild mushroom crostino with provolone & house made pancetta, tortelloni of ricotta and escarole with appaloosa beans & roasted butternut squash, cassoeula with stewed vegetables, braised veal cheeks with brunello risotto, tagliata with spinach and salsa verde, and delicious biscotti.
