Oldfield has a pretty audacious goal – to become the most realtor friendly community in the Lowcountry! We have a lot of work to do to accomplish that objective… but we see three key steps to that end.  First, we have to provide you with the necessary tools for you to conduct business effectively and efficiently in Oldfield.  Second, we have to provide you with the necessary access to introduce your clients to Oldfield’s authentic Lowcountry lifestyle.  Third, we must create a buying atmosphere for your prospects through the quality of our facilities, the helpfulness of our staff, and the warmth of our membership. This Realtor Resource page is intended to provide you with many of the necessary tools to effectively and conveniently sell Oldfield real estate.  Rather than having to hunt down Club documents such as Covenants, ARB Guidelines, master plans, monthly newsleters, or contact lists… we’ll post them here.  If you’re unsure of the current membership rates or fees, you’ll find updated data here as well.  In short, this site is intended to serve as a one stop shop for any Community and Club related tool you might need. Additionally, we’ll use the page as a real estate blog updating you on new builder programs, membership offers, and market trends.  We welcome your feedback along the way as we work to create a site that’s optimized to your needs and objectives.
