We had an exciting night featuring wines from Australia and New Zealand! For those who may have had rabbit or kangaroo before, this would have seemed boring. However, if you haven’t,
this was a missed opportunity to try them! Chef Jason prepared a great rabbit satay with a peanut sauce paired with an un-oaked chardonnay and a kangaroo meat pie that
was a twist on an English favorite and that was paired wonderfully with a Pinot Noir. If you missed this great event we have our next wine dinner on the 19th of September which will feature Italian wines and classic dishes, so if eating on the adventurous side isn’t your game the next wine dinner will be right up your alley!
