Greetings from Gateway Realty, your front gate real estate team at the Greeter’s Store. 2015 has proven to be extremely busy with buyers literally making multiple bids on properties and scrambling to get the very last of the remaining inventory in Oldfield! Since the beginning of the year Gateway has sold nine homes and six lots as of February 10, 2015. Our sweet spot with home buyers seems to be in the $550,000 – $850,000 range and with that said our inventory in that range is disappearing fast. Buyers seem to be excited and positive about the upcoming turnover from the developer to the residents. Lot prices are increasing as our last couple lots under $75,000 disappear.
