I know some of you really dislike the taste of plain water and I really discourage soft drinks and sugar water. So what’s a good alternative? Try flavoring your water with fresh fruit and citrus. Add what’s in season to a container and sip throughout the day. Put your fresh fruit and water in a clear container – it’s visually appealing and makes you thirsty just by looking at it!
