Real Estate is Booming in Oldfield!

Greetings from Gateway Realty, your front gate real estate team at the Greeter’s Store.  An exciting year in local real estate has produced the best first four month’s sales ever on record with Beaufort County properties south of the Broad River in our local Multiple Listing Service. Oldfield is following suit with 17 home sales as of 6/15/15 with an average sales price per foot of a little over $200 which is a big improvement over last year.  Oldfield has had 16 lot sales with an average price of $91,283.00 which is also a huge improvement.  The properties that are priced to the market are selling! We have been striving very hard since Gateway Realty returned to the front gate in 2013 to get the average lot price over $100,000.00 and we are almost there.  Gateway continues to dominate the market selling 88% of the homes sold so far this year and 81% of the lots.  We are very proud of these numbers and will continue to work hard for you.
