Chef Jason put together a great selection of rolls and sashimi for our Casual Tuesday Sushi Station in July, including everything from spicy tuna rolls to tempura shrimp. As always, his staff did a great job putting together a variety of other dishes like our signature fried chicken, salads, desserts, and side dishes that are so much more than just sushi. Our Spanish Wine Dinner was awesome! We featured seven courses that were paired with some great wines from Spain that aren’t easy to find. Chef Jason created some truly authentic small plates (tapas) that had Spanish olives and serano ham, manchego and chorizo canapé, paella with grilled sardine, rabo de toro, potato tortilla, and a great espresso flan and torta de Santiago to finish the night!
